The garden, developed over a period of thirty years, boasts lush organic greenery, fresh, aromatic shrubbery and a few surprises thrown in for good measure. All our ingredients are locally sourced and where possible, organically produced. Jams are made from fruit grown in the gardens and our very own, Coton Lodge hens provide delicious free-range eggs!
